Grid-based clusters replace paylines with connected groups — full table of releases and top payers.

Cluster pays slots replace paylines entirely. Wins are formed when a group of matching symbols — usually five or more — touch horizontally or vertically anywhere on the grid. It's a mechanic pioneered by NetEnt and now standard across most modern grid slots.
Below is every cluster-pays release in our tracker, sorted first by release date, then re-ranked by max win and RTP.
Sorted by release date, newest first.
| Name | Provider | RTP | Max Win | Volatility | Released |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bull Fiesta | Pragmatic Play | 94.74% | 150,000x | High | Jun 2026 |
| Diamond Cascade | Pragmatic Play | 94.44% | 100,000x | Medium-High | May 2026 |
A typical cluster grid is 6x6, 7x7 or 8x8. Symbols land randomly across the grid, and any cluster of 5+ matching adjacent symbols pays out. The larger the cluster, the higher the pay tier.
Cluster slots almost always use a tumble mechanic: winning symbols are removed, new ones cascade in, and further clusters can form from the same spin. This chain-reaction structure is where extended win sequences build up.
Modifier mechanics — wild reveals, symbol upgrades, multiplier trails — sit on top of the cluster base. Free-spins rounds typically add a persistent win multiplier or preserve wilds across spins, which is where the max win is realistically hit.
